The service and work carried out by Dick McCartney has been nothing but 1st class from the first explanation of what was wrong with our boiler to the completion of the work carried out.
We are more than happy to use your company again for our service next year and would be happy to recommend you to other churches and schools.
Again many thanks for all your assistance in helping to get our heating in our church working again before the winter sets in.
Maureen Hirst, Parish Secretary, Our Lady & St Josephs Church, Stanford Le Hope
GREAT WORK ETHIC. This team of men were the best I have ever experienced, they have dispelled the myth of the tea drinking multiple tea break mentality we hear about. They were diligent, hard working, polite, friendly, even funny at times but totally focussed and committed to excellence. Great team spirit. They need to be told they are an absolute credit to whoever employs them
Resident, Sansom Road
We wanted to take this opportunity to write and express our deep gratitude for the wonderful loft room we have just had built.
We felt it only right to highlight the outstanding workmanship of your builders. They were at all times clean, tidy and extremely accommodating with impeccable manners. I would like to say a huge thank you to Slav, Dan and their teams who worked tirelessly to ensure that the works were not only done on time and with no disruption to our family life, but also to a wonderfully high standard.
We are also fully aware that without your continuous hard work and effort we would never have been given this wonderful opportunity, and we cannot express how grateful we are as it has made such a huge difference to our family and home.
Residents, Normanton Park, Chingford
Waltham Forest local resident and voluntary caretaker Derek Scutchings has passed on some lovely praise for our employee Billie Daniel – ‘I am overtaken by her service, she is polite and helpful and knows her stuff. She is something else!’
Derek Scutchings, Resident and Voluntary Caretaker
I wanted to send a quick message to say how thankful I and the residents are for the Osborne and Aston team’s efforts yesterday. We had a better than expected turnout, with a lot of children getting involved which was great to see. The planters look great, along with the herb garden and hand rails. I have spoken to a number of residents and the overall response has been very positive.
I’d hope that we can continue these small projects in the other parts of the estate.
James Brook, TRLA Chair at St Stephens
In this world where criticism is rife, I thought I would just do the opposite by sending you a note of thanks for the hard work and diligence shown by Nicki in your office and Dave out on site in keeping our boilers burning. We have had a few issues over the recent weeks when there have been call outs, and another more serious one over the weekend, which was rectified with lightning speed this morning.
